what is classical Pilates?
Pilates is a system of exercises created by Joseph Pilates to strengthen, stretch, and balance the body. It is a whole workout that aims to connect the mind and body through precise movement. It will help you to begin to initiate movements from the center of the body aka as the powerhouse, therefore creating better posture, improved circulation and increased strength and flexibility.
Romana’s Pilates (Romana Kryzanowska was Joseph Pilates famed protégé) is recognized as one of the most elite certifications within the Pilates community. It is far from a weekend certification. Apprentices are required to train hard and study for well over a year, observing a minimum of 600 hours, before completing 6 tests, both practical and written, before master teachers agree to certify them.
Angela has over 600 hours of elite training and is well equipped to help you strengthen, stretch, and balance your body.

10 Sessions for $350 ($35 per person, per class)
45 minutes, this class can be via Zoom. Price is per person. Minimum of 2 people.
